“Meg was excited to show me her life, her dogs, her little house, which she adored,” the royal writes.

Markle began dating Prince Harry in 2016, got engaged in November 2017 and wed him at Windsor Castle in May 2018. They share children Archie and Lilibet.

The property at 10 Yarmouth Road in Seaton Village is a three-bedroom, two-bedroom detached house which has undergone a transformation, as stated on the listing.

There is street appeal with a purple brick exterior, a “Tiffany” blue entry door, remodelled front porch and an A-frame roof.

Daniel Todd Freeman of Freeman Real Estate, who is handling the campaign, does not mention the Duchess of Sussex in the listing.

However, he does say the “desirable location is cherished by families, academics and celebrities”.

Mansion Global reported the home was listed in late 2017 for $CAD1,395,000 ($AU1,528,917) and was quickly sold.

When the royals made their engagement official in November 2017, they relocated to Kensington Palace.
