The Peter Pan inspired home of superstar Michael Jackson is for sale for anyone with a spare $US100 million ($137.34 million).

Neverland is situated in the Santa Ynez Valley, about 200 kilometre from Hollywood.

Jackson bought the 1000 hectare ranch in 1987 for $US19.5 million and added a private amusement park featuring rollercoaster, merry-go-round, ferris wheel and live animals.

The property was also the focus of Jackson’s child molestation allegations but that didn’t stop investment company Colony Capital buying Neverland for $US19.5 million following Jackson’s death.

It was then renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch.

Don’t expect to rock up for an “open for inspection”.

All potential owners are being screened and negotiated with privately.
