The next batch of remediated Mr Fluffy blocks will go under the hammer in August.

The 103 blocks were listed for sale on Friday and are spread across Belconnen, the inner north, Woden Valley, Weston Creek and Tuggeranong.

Substantial inner north blocks are among the listings and include a 1331-square-metre block in Ainslie and an RZ2-zoned 1378-square-metre parcel in O’Connor.

A 1510-square-metre block in Weetangera and a 1498-square-metre block in Pearce are the largest blocks for sale.

Under the Mr Fluffy planning rules, blocks over 700 square metres can be divided in two and used for two houses.

There are 94 blocks larger than 700 square metres in the August release.

A total of 1022 houses across 56 established Canberra suburbs have been identified as Mr Fluffy homes and demolitions will continue over the next few years.

More than 400 remediated blocks have already been offered for sale.

There were 153 blocks released in 2016, 157 were auctioned in March and 110 went under the hammer in May.

More than 300 have sold or are under offer and 80 blocks are available for sale over the counter.

The south side blocks will be auctioned on August 8 and the north side blocks will be auctioned on August 10.
