Townhouses at Belford have been designed for quality rather than quantity.

“It just goes back to the low-rise, boutique offering,” project manager Jack Mason says.

“It’s a low-rise development, there are only 26 boutique two and three bedrooms available.”

Floor plans at Belford have been designed to maximise space. Mason says this has been achieved, “by limiting corridor space and minimising wasted space throughout the townhouses”.

Designed by Oztal Architects, these residences are available in a range of two and three-bedroom designs. The townhouses have been designed to feel like home.

“Our design is very warm,” developer Andy Chen says. Warm colours are used throughout.

Outdoor space is plentiful, with the open-plan family living areas flowing out onto an alfresco entertaining area.

A balcony to some master bedrooms creates a space to enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Moncrieff.

The suburb’s residents enjoy access to generous open spaces, with parks, playgrounds and walking tracks.

While Moncrieff is on the the edge of Canberra, it affords residents good access to the city’s amenities, while offering buyers a bit more for their money.

It is a six-minute drive from the Marketplace in Gungahlin and 20 minutes from the city centre. The planned light rail will make access to the city from Gungahlin easy, without the need for a car.

Homes feature laminate timber flooring, ducted reverse-cycle airconditioning and single or double garages with remote access.

Kitchens feature stone benchtops and Ariston appliances, including gas cooktop and a dishwasher.

About half of the development has sold and both two and three-bedroom homes are still available for sale. Construction is expected to begin in July, with an anticipated nine-month build.
