With a title like Luxe, one might expect a development to be full of luxurious features. This certainly does not disappoint.

Jamie believes that the vast array of amenities available at Luxe will appeal to all types of buyers.
“The need for a large variety of housing options is what drove Luxe to be designed the way it was,” explains Jamie.
“Luxe will cater to first-home buyers, upsizers, downsizers and investors. There really is something everyone will love about the development.”
Set to be built in northern Wright, Luxe is a short commute to the city, Belconnen, Woden and Canberra Airport. It is also near the new shopping development being built at Denman Prospect, and on the doorstep of one of Canberra’s biggest hubs for outdoor recreation, Mount Stromlo, and its $36.6 million leisure centre, which is due for completion in 2020.
