Wright's new development Luxe offers resort-style living all year round

With a title like Luxe, one might expect a development to be full of luxurious features. This certainly does not disappoint.

Designed by 3 Property Group, Luxe is set to be an iconic precinct in the Molonglo Valley. It encapsulates the beauty of the surrounding landscape with amenities you would normally expect to find at a holiday resort – and who would not want to feel like they are holidaying all-year-round?

Three colour palettes are on offer at Luxe, chosen to reflect the architecture of the building.

The first features shades of grey and white, with a charcoal-tiled bathroom and a Caesar stone benchtop. The second is more neutral, with warm tones, an osprey benchtop and beige colour scheme throughout. The final is Scandinavian-inspired with a Caesar stone Nordic Loft benchtop and mocha carpets in the bedrooms.

Jamie believes that the vast array of amenities available at Luxe will appeal to all types of buyers.

“The need for a large variety of housing options is what drove Luxe to be designed the way it was,” explains Jamie.

“Luxe will cater to first-home buyers, upsizers, downsizers and investors. There really is something everyone will love about the development.”

Set to be built in northern Wright, Luxe is a short commute to the city, Belconnen, Woden and Canberra Airport. It is also near the new shopping development being built at Denman Prospect, and on the doorstep of one of Canberra’s biggest hubs for outdoor recreation, Mount Stromlo, and its $36.6 million leisure centre, which is due for completion in 2020.

The expected completion date is 2020.
