Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence is switching addresses, listing her deluxe Manhattan loft with porters, kids’ playroom and a Turkish hammam for $US10.5 million ($16.1 million).

The apartment on Greenwich Street in the Tribeca neighourhood has been home to the Passengers and Hunger Games trilogy star and her husband Cooke Maroney, who are new parents to baby son Cy.

Lawrence paid a tad over $US9 million ($13.7 million) for the three-bedroom pad near the Hudson River in 2017, the year her film Mother! by director Darren Aronofsky – her ex-partner – was released in cinemas.

The former book bindery was converted to apartments, called 443 Greenwich, the year before Lawrence signed for the keys.

Lawrence, 32, is the only owner of the apartment, which was restored to include contemporary flourishes but retain tactile heritage character.

She and Maroney, an NYC art gallerist and director of the respected Gladstone Gallery, welcomed Cy six months ago.

However, Lawrence only revealed the name and gender this month, in a cover interview for the upcoming October edition of US Vogue.

Importantly for the actor, who paused making movies and took leave from public life for three years, the loft is accessed by a key-locked lift, and the garage is secure, with a discreet entry.

Beneath ten-foot ceilings, reclaimed oak beams with steel accents, slate benchtops in the kitchen, an open fire and northern sun lend warmth.

The kitchen is aimed at entertainers with two dishwashers, a “pasta pot filler”, 70-bottle wine fridge and an integrated coffee machine.
