The prestige market is often full of jaw-dropping properties, and this week is no exception. 

From the Sovereign Islands to South MelbourneDomain has found six lavish listings to love.

Sovereign Islands

Taking three years to build across four blocks totalling 3070 square metres and boasting an astonishing 85 metres of water frontage, Chateau De Reves could set a Gold Coast price record.

Agent Paul Arthur of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty says the opulent mansion features “the best of the best from around the world,” and has set a price guide of $28 million to $30 million.

The home itself spans an eye-watering 4000 square metres and comes with staff quarters, German technology, a pontoon, and a pool with 24-carat gold detailing.

“It’s the perfect home for entertaining, your options are endless,” Arthur says.

Burradoo

Burradoo House is a grand, restored home set amid one hectare of century-old gardens in one of the area’s best streets.

Highlights include pressed-metal ceilings, polished floorboards, open fireplaces, hydronic heating and a stunning conservatory. Agent Angus Campbell-Jones of Campbell Jones Property describes Burradoo House as one of the suburb’s trophy homes.
