The loft-style pad at 874 Broadway in Manhattan’s Flatiron District is where Taylor Swift took numerous Polaroid photos for her fifth studio album titled 1989 in 2014.

Swift posed throughout the apartment in the series of out-of-focus snaps that feature handwritten text alluding to the record’s main themes.

Listed by Shane Boyle of The Agency, the three-bedroom property has a price guide of $US3.7 million ($AU5.8 million).

The apartment is located in the MacIntyre Building with views of the city skyline and Union Square.

Built in 1892, the corner loft underwent a year-long renovation in recent years.

Alongside the three bedrooms, there are three-and-a-half bathrooms and an open-plan living and entertaining zone.

A custom steel staircase leads to the primary suite, presenting as a work of art.

The interior space is eclectic with hardwood floors, statement pendant lights, reclaimed chestnut timber cabinetry and copper bathtubs.

Swifties will be pleased to know the multiple Grammy Award-winner is set to re-release 1989 with new recordings on October 27, 2023.
