West Coast Eagles star Nic Naitanui has taken a screamer of the property kind, purchasing a swish new home for a neat seven-figure sum.
Rumours abounded last month that the 26-year-old had inked a whopping property deal, with public title records now showing the star player is the brand new owner of a Mount Lawley home.
The star ruckman paid $3 million for the property, according to RP Data, which is located just a few streets from the Beaufort Street shopping and dining precinct.
The expansive modern home, which has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, is situated on more than 800 square metres and bursts with prestige features, including a pool, a spa, a theatre room and a large alfresco area.
The generous master suite offers the best vantage point to take in the uninterrupted views of Perth’s CBD skyline, which can be seen from several rooms throughout the house.
There is also a home office with separate entrance and double garage.
Getting to training and games will be a breeze, with the home a mere 15-minute drive to Domain Stadium and the yet-to-be completed Lathlain Park training base of the Eagles.
The All-Australian player, who is contracted to the Eagles until the end of the 2019 AFL season, has never been shy about expressing his desire to stay a one-club player, and this property deal all but ensures he will stay in the west.
The agents in charge of managing the sale declined to comment.
