A luxury property belonging to late Friends star Matthew Perry is still languishing on the market, while the aftermath of his shock death unfolds.

As the bombshell arrests of five people in relation to the actor’s sudden death in October last year emerged, agents continue to campaign for the sale for his Hollywood Hills address.

Perry’s house, which he purchased just months before he died and never got the chance to live in, is listed for $US5,195,000 ($AU7,897,537).

Perry’s personal assistant, two doctors and a woman dubbed the “Ketamine Queen” by US authorities have been arrested and charged nearly ten months after the 54-year-old was found unresponsive in a hot tub at his other LA home, in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood.

Autopsy results reveal he died from the effects of anesthetic ketamine, with drowning as a second factor.

Despite being on the market for close to three months, there have been no takers for the Hollywood Hills address and the price remains the same as when it launched.

The campaign is on the books of Douglas Elliman agents.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 1479 Rising Glen Road was purchased by the actor in May last year in an off-market deal for $US4.9 million ($AU7.4 million), multiple outlets reported at the time.

The property was built in 1957 and has undergone a contemporary but sensitive renovation.

The all-white home has a mid-century modern aesthetic with a flat roof and angular details. There is a focus on functionality, clean lines and integration of the indoors and outdoors, which is typical of that era’s architecture.

A sun-filled central patio is a property standout, and the main bedroom opens directly to the pool area.

Agents describe the home on the listing as “boasting sex appeal” and offering sophistication, from walls of glass to stone details and hardwood floors.

The property would suit buyers who want to be not far from the action, in an area just above the famous Sunset Strip.
