NSW Rugby Union coach Chris Cooper and his wife Skye have listed their grand estate in Pymble with an asking price of $12 million.

Cooper purchased the property in 2011 for $1.5 million, and has pulled out all the stops in upgrading the property with a knockdown and rebuild project completed less than five years ago.

The previous rundown, double-brick, two-storey house was replaced with a sprawling 1000-square-metre country-club-style house that spans three levels with five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 12 car spaces and includes an internal lift.

The property also has private gate access to Pymble Ladies' College. Photo: Supplied

The kitchen has an integrated espresso machine and ovens and the entertaining rooms include a 12-seat theatre, a billiard room, a home gym and a 1200-plus-bottle cellar.

The expansive house sits on a block of equally large proportion at 3600 square metres complete with a tennis court, gas-heated swimming pool with its own wet room and kitchen and private gate access to one of Sydney’s elite private schools, Pymble Ladies’ College.
