Singapore

A Good Class Bungalow in Singapore is the top end of the prestige real estate market, defined as a plot of land of at least 1400 square metres, of which the house occupies less than 40 per cent.

Many are listed for sale without photos to shield their owners’ privacy. This one offers a rare glimpse of what money buys, or to be exact, what $S78 million ($73 million) buys.
