The Queensland house has a "bushland retreat feel" and comes with an unlikely inclusion in the parents' retreat.

An agent has had a bit of fun with a stunning, yet unlikely inclusion in the parents’ retreat of a full-renovated home in Queensland’s Daisy Hill.

Johnson Teo of Ray White Springwood has playfully teased that 6 Gumnut Grove offers a “superior loo with a view” in the main en suite.

Owner Keith Bailey built a unique fish pond with a landscaped waterfall that can be viewed from the window of the bathroom, after coming up with the idea 17 years ago.

Keith and his wife Joanne, who spent the past few years renovating the home, are keen to downsize and are looking forward to the property going to auction on December 7.

As stated on the listing, the five-bedroom, two-bathroom property “must be sold”.

The tri-level home is an entertainer’s dream with an incredible seven decks on offer, set amongst lush greenery that gives the home a “bushland retreat feel”.

Interiors take on a modern feel with whitewashed walls, black granite benchtops with gold specks, soft-close cabinetry, hybrid floors, plush carpet and LED downlighting.

There are also multiple open-plan living areas for the future buyer to entertain their guests, as well as an alfresco area that doesn’t require much maintenance at all.
