The Nicholls sold their home in Sandringham four months ago, and are currently unable to purchase a new one due to the current ban on private inspections in Melbourne until October 26 at least.

Tina Dimovska fears becoming homeless after selling her home in Wollert just days ahead of the ban on private inspections. She’ll have a month to find and settle on a new home once the restrictions are lifted.

Natalie Brennan’s family has been left financially crippled after her husband suffered two strokes. For financial relief, the family planned to sell their home in early September, but with the current restrictions are now unable to.

This week’s episode of Domain’s Property Unpacked  focuses on the Melbourne buyers and sellers left in the lurch. We hear from resident Emma Nicholls, and unpack the help available with Domain’s editorial director, Adrian Lowe.

Also in this  episode, we check in with Domain prestige property editor Lucy Macken after the recent sale of a $95 million mansion in Sydney’s Point Piper.

We then chat with The Block contestants Jimmy & Tam about their time on the show so far.
