Miley Cyrus has made headlines again – this time in the property world.

According to Dirt, the American pop star, 29, has sold her sprawling Tennessee farmhouse for a cool $US14.5million ($21.13million) to a dairy queen tycoon.

It’s understood to be nearly the priciest sale of a home for 2022 in the Nashville area, falling behind Reese Witherspoon’s purchase of a $US18million ($26.2million) property.

Miley bought the farmhouse, located just south of Nashville, back in 2017 for $US5.8million ($8.4million), earning herself a $12.6million profit from the recent sale.

Dirt understands the buyer of Miley’s home to be Matt Frauenshuh, the CEO of Fourteen Foods and Double Seven Development.

The Wrecking Ball singer certainly lived it up in style with the estate consisting of a main residence and a detached barn that could be used as a guesthouse, gym or studio.

Built in 2014, the home contains five spacious bedrooms, six bathrooms and an entertainer’s kitchen with stone benchtops.

There’s also an outdoor pool for entertaining, along with a putting green by the terrace.

Interiors keep with the farmhouse aesthetic, boasting hardwood floors, soaring beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and a colour palette in rustic hues.

Miley would have no doubt enjoyed the quiet location away from the bright lights of Hollywood, with the property gated and situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
