Rihanna has quietly picked up another Beverly Hills home for A$13 million – right next door to another property she bought just three months ago.
The multi-award-winning singer bought the Tudor-style house with the floor plan of just over 325 square metres in an off-market sale, Dirt reports.
It comes after she snapped up a A$17.8 million Beverly Hills mansion on more than 2000-square-metres of land in March.
The two adjacent properties will now see her preside over more than an acre (0.4 hectares) of land in total and more than 1000 square metres in floor space.
The compound is worth a total of more than $US23 million (A$29.8 million).
The 33-year-old’s latest purchase sits on a just less than 0.2-hectare estate that last sold to a non-famous couple in 2015 for US$5.1 million.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom house was built in the late 1930s and is a far cry from the home next door.
Listing photos from 2015 shows this second property has a lot of timber features that run through the formal living and dining rooms and the kitchen, which opens to a family room.
From there, french doors open the property up to the backyard that features a swimming pool and al fresco area with a built-in barbecue.
The Barbadian singer turned mogul has become the world’s richest musician thanks to her business ventures, which include her lucrative cosmetics brand Fenty Beauty and her Savage x Fenty lingerie brand that is now valued at $1 billion, according to Forbes magazine.
The home is in a sought after cul-de-sac of Beverly Hills with neighbours who include Sir Paul McCartney and Kanye West.
This is hardly her first rodeo, with the talented artist owning a list of other luxury properties including homes across America, Britain and Barbados.
