Ryan Reynolds is set to weigh in on the Aussie real estate market.

The A-list star, who owns two homes in New York State with wife Blake Lively, will “share his wisdom” as an actor and entrepreneur at an Aussie real estate conference.

Reynolds will appear via satellite as a keynote speaker on day one of the 2024 Australasian Real Estate Conference on the Gold Coast on Sunday, May 26.

AREC founder John McGrath says in an official statement: “To have an international star such as Ryan Reynolds be a speaker is a milestone in AREC’s history. His success as both an actor and entrepreneur are extraordinary and we greatly anticipate his words of wisdom in our conversation with him.”

The conference is known to call in A-list stars, with Reese Witherspoon and Caitlyn Jenner appearing via satellite at last year’s event.

Reynolds has a reported net worth of around $US350 million ($AU532 million) and is known just as much for his entrepreneurial pursuits as his acting.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the Deadpool star joined a group of celebrities in purchasing a 24 per cent stake in the Alpine F1 team for a reported $US218 million ($AU331 million).

Reynolds has also purchased stakes in Welsh football club Wrexham AFC, budget wireless provider Mint Mobile and liquor brand Aviation Gin.

The Canadian-American actor founded his own production company and digital marketing agency Maximum Effort in 2018, and co-founded a nonprofit called The Creative Ladder, helping to make creative careers more accessible to all.

Reynolds’ primary residence is an estate in Pound Ridge, New York State, that is on more than 11 acres with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, an outdoor barn and guest house.

In 2017, Reynolds and Lively purchased a loft-style home in Tribeca. The 1882 building was renovated in 2014 and offers a 75-foot lap pool, rooftop deck and courtyard.

AREC 2024 is in its 26th year and is a two-day conference aimed towards real estate sales and property management teams. Keynote speakers will share their wisdom, industry knowledge and strategies for success.
