Golden Globe-winning actor Sarah Paulson has listed her tiny trailer home in Malibu.
The beach shack is selling for $US1,565,000 ($2.4 million). She originally listed the home for $US2 million ($3.1 million) in May 2024, without success.
Now, ten months and two price cuts later, the trailer home is back on the market.
Paulson, who is known for her roles in American Horror Story and The People v OJ Simpson: American Crime Story, bought the trailer during the COVID-19 pandemic as a beach getaway.
“I brought my dog to my friend’s house – she has a house in the same area – and I took my dog for a walk on the beach. I’ve never seen my dog so happy,” she shared in a video for Architectural Digest.
“I actually really got the house for my dog, that’s the truth.”
When Paulson bought the 46-square-metre shack, she revamped the interiors with the help of designer Amy Kehoe.
There is an airy kitchen, a clay-tiled bathroom, a small courtyard garden, and a “tiny, tiny ship’s cabin of a bedroom”.
Outside, the trailer house is painted Paulson’s favourite shade of deep aubergine.
A “top-of-the-line golf cart” is also included in the sale.
The property is located in Paradise Cove, one of the most expensive trailer parks in America.
Paradise Cove Mobile Home Park has long been a celebrity hotspot. Stevie Nicks, Pamela Anderson and Matthew McConaughey have all called the trailer park home at one point.
In January, the area around the trailer park was destroyed by the Palisades wildfire.
Over 6000 buildings were lost, and 12 people were killed in the fire.
The Paradise Cove trailer park itself managed to escape mostly unscathed, but nearby communities were not so lucky. Paulson removed her mobile home listing one month after the fires broke out. It is unclear whether the decision was linked to the wildfires.
