Teen drama film Mean Girls catapulted Lindsay Lohan, Rachel McAdams, Lacey Chabert and Amanda Seyfriend to global stardom.
And the grand estate in Toronto, Canada, chosen as the filming location for McAdams’ character Regina George’s house, is still just as “fetch” as it was back in 2004.
Who could forget the iconic scene where Regina shows off her impressive crib to her pals known as The Plastics in the film written by Tina Fey.
Mean Girls is loosely based on Rosalind Wiseman’s 2002 self-help book titled Queen Bees and Wannabes that details female high school cliques, relationships and bullying.
Lohan plays Cady Heron, a teen who moves from Africa to Illinois with her scientist parents. She becomes friends – as a joke – with Queen Bee Regina George and The Plastics, but soon becomes just as vacuous and vindictive when she falls in love with Regina’s ex-boyfriend Aaron.
While the film was centred around life in Illinois, the real-life mansion used to depict Regina’s house is actually at 11 High Point Road in the exclusive neighbourhood of Bridle Path in Toronto.
It was listed in July for $CAD27 million ($31.3 million), but it appears it has since been taken off the market.
Occupying 1858-square-metres and set on two acres, the sprawling estate contains nine bedrooms, a whopping 14 bathrooms, a guest house, pool, library and tennis court.
The entrance to the mansion is impressive with a cathedral reception hall, columns, marble tiled floors and a grand staircase.
The living areas boast coffered, soaring ceilings, ornate fireplaces and French doors that lead out onto manicured lawns.
Bedrooms are oversized, and the entertainer’s kitchen features Quartz countertops and top-tier appliances.
