Reality TV star Jason Oppenheim of Netflix’s smash hit series Selling Sunset has listed his personal home for sale with a whopping $11 million asking price.

Located in the vogue locale of Hidden Hills in the Santa Monica Mountains region of Los Angeles, the celebrity-real estate agent’s home boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sits on a 465-square-metre block.

Features include an outdoor pool with floating fire pit and lounge area, four-metre tall ceilings, sauna, open-plan kitchen with Miele appliances, wet bar, media room and a particularly nice-looking fireplace.

It’s the fourth time Oppenheim has tried to offload the contemporary abode, which he bought in 2016 for $3.77 million.

Speaking with the New York Post, Oppenheim explained that each time he’s thought about selling the property, another tenant comes along that wants to rent it.

“The house that I just listed in the Hollywood Hills for sale and lease has now been leased for $65,000 (AU$90,000) a month,” Oppenheim told The Post.

“I often, over the last several years, list my properties for both lease and sale when a tenant moves out but in every instance I have quickly found a new tenant, which is always my preference.”

The news comes less than two weeks after Oppenheim and Selling Sunset co-star Chrishell Stause announced they had broken up just seven short months after their relationship began.
