US singer-songwriter Halsey has listed her mid-century home in Los Angeles for $US2.795 million ($A3.58 million)
It looks like the pregnant 26-year-old is hoping to offload the property in the affluent suburb of Sherman Oaks just months after she upgraded to Calabasas, Dirt reports.
Named as one of the most influential people around the world by Time magazine’s 2020 list, the singer has continued to work her way up the property ladder while also rising to international fame.
The pop singer bought the Los Angeles property about two years ago for $US2.4 million, which sits on about 0.2 hectares of land, according to the listing.
The house is nestled into the hillside in a double-gated community and has a living floor space of 225 square metres, which includes four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
Built in 1959, the beautifully restored home has a long list of features that include floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, sleek walnut cabinetry and gorgeous terrazzo floors.
It also has a galley kitchen, an outdoor swimming pool, a free-standing shed and a state-of-the-art recording studio.
It is a far cry from Halsey’s updated digs, which she snapped up earlier this year from One Direction’s Liam Payne for $US10.161 million.
