Jennifer Lopez has put her penthouse apartment in Manhattan’s Flatiron District on the market for US$26.9 million ($34.15 million).
Located in a Georgian-style building overlooking Madison Square Park, the two-storey condominium apartment has four bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across 580 square metres.
The home also features 278 square metres of private outdoor space, a rarity in notoriously tight-spaced New York City, a media room and a large second floor master suite with two master bathrooms.
Lopez purchased the luxury home in 2014 for $30 million and is reportedly selling the property so she can move into a bigger space with her boyfriend, baseball player Alex Rodriguez.
The pop star is no stranger to the property market, she currently owns a $US13.9 million mansion in the Hamptons and a $US39 million estate in Bel Air.
The large master bedroom features not one but two ensuite bathrooms and has access to an second private outdoor terrace.
The kitchen features a large island, custom cabinetry and an abundance of open-shelving.
But don’t be fooled by the homes that she’s got, she’s still Jenny from the block.
