Ski chalets at Perisher, Kosciuszko offer chance to run an alpine enterprise

Big August dumps of snow and ideal skiing conditions inevitably bring on thoughts of a lifestyle change into a mountain home.

The good news for potential “ski-changers” is a choice of two commercial chalets that offer the opportunity to transition into an alpine lifestyle with a proven business.

Perisher Creek Lodge is ideally located in the snow between the Interceptor Chairlift and the North Perisher T-Bar.

It’s a roomy six-bedroom commercial “ski in, ski out” boutique ski chalet with front door access to Perisher, Blue Cow, Guthega and Smiggins Holes.
