Moncrieff’s new development, The Reserve, launches this weekend, bringing an additional 57 homes to the new suburb.

The complex is being developed by Bond and built by Antalija Constructions, and Bond managing director Bill O’Neill says an abundance of space both inside and out is one of their top priorities.

O’Neill says the low-density site was originally slated for 89 homes, however the team chose to revise the plans to provide larger living spaces, a double garage with every property and a beautifully landscaped internal garden.

Luton Projects head of project marketing Slade Minson says the mix of two and three-bedroom townhouses are designed for living with an emphasis on quality inclusions.

“Each residence has been meticulously designed to make the most of natural sunlight and stunning views over the adjacent nature park and rolling green hills of north Canberra,” Minson says.

“Considered architectural and interior design are complemented by designer tapware and contemporary colour schemes.”

The modern kitchens will include Fisher & Paykel appliances, gas cooking, stone benchtops and pendant lighting.

The bathrooms will also include high-quality features such as premium designer fixtures and wall-mounted furniture.

Residents will enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living, with a mix of balcony and outdoor spaces. Many of the townhouses  include a northerly aspect and capture tranquil views over the park, towards Ginninderra Creek or the landscaped communal gardens.

The communal spaces include a barbecue area, providing a large alfresco entertaining option for all residents.

Each home has a secure lock-up garage and there will be ample parking for visitors.

As it’s name suggests, The Reserve is positioned next to a beautiful nature park and is within minutes from some of Canberra’s best reserves.

The Gungahlin Town Centre is just eight minutes away, while the CBD and airport are within  a 20-minute drive.

Construction starts later this year, with completion earmarked for late 2017.
