Yes, you read right. Potential buyers will have to make their decision on whether to bid or not based on the photos provided on the listing.

“Property is being sold site unseen. No inspections allowed. No access to the property,” the listing reads in capital letters.

The home, including any leftover items, is going to auction on September 16 and will be sold by the Public Trustee of Queensland.

Occupying 21,600-square-metres, the property appears to be in a dire state with the only interior shots being the shed and what appears to be a garage.

Chattels include a couch on the porch, a mini trampoline, iron board, Esky and other miscellaneous items. There is also a large wine rack that’s still holding bottles.

None of the bedrooms, bathrooms or kitchen can be viewed prior to auction.

No offers can be made prior to auction and the Public Trustee is “unable to provide a price guide due to legislative requirements.”

There are some positives, however, with the property offering the utmost of privacy.
