Tennis ace Caroline Wozniacki has been knocked out of Wimbledon but she still has plenty to celebrate in her personal life, with a $54 million deal inked for her US home.

Wozniacki bowed out at All England Club after a hiding by Elena Rybakina, who took less than hour to dispose of the Danish former world number one.

Off court, Wozniacki scored a massive victory with the overdue sale of her Miami Beach penthouse, for $US37 million ($AU54.66 million).

Wozniacki and her husband, retired NBA basketballer David Lee, reduced the price on the pad in January, according to Realtor, and did the deal for almost double what they forked out for it in 2021.

They purchased the property, on exclusive Fisher Island, where Julia Roberts and Oprah Winfrey were once neighbours, two years after they wed.

The only access to the island is by boat or helicopter – there are no bridges, which makes it appealing to A-listers.

Agent Dina Goldentayer was behind the deal, understood to be finalised on June 20, US listings show.

The penthouse was built in 2016 and includes a “hosting salon”, according to an Instagram post from agency Douglas Elliman, lift, “bayfront bar”, “wine wall” and ocean views.

The rooftop has a sparkling lap pool and television.

“The terraces offer an additional 5000-plus square feet featuring a private rooftop pool, hot tub, firepit and summer kitchen,” the agency’s post revealed.

At the time of the campaign launch, the sporting couple were hopeful of achieving $US42.5 million ($US62.05 million) but that was revised.
