“In the valley, the lifestyle properties are the ones that seem to be in demand. More basic suburban-style houses are not so much what people are looking for,” she says.

“Time on the market in the valley as a general rule is longer except for properties such as this.

“When you drive down there it’s one of the most beautiful parts of Australia.”
