The five listings from this year’s season of The Block are now officially live, giving fans and prospective purchasers an opportunity to take another look at the already-revealed rooms of what once was the Oslo Hotel.
The ten contestants will be relieved to reach another milestone for their properties, officially placing them onto the market after months of blood, sweat and tears.
The listings show that each of the five houses has an indicative selling price of between $3 million and $3.3 million, well above St Kilda’s median house price of $758,000 and solidifying the homes’ status as luxury purchases for those who like (and can afford) the finer things in life.
Each listing shows the formal lounge, master bedroom, guest ensuite and main bathrooms, but keen buyers and fans will no doubt check back each week to see each new room as it is revealed.

The Bondi granddads’ Americana style is certainly glamorous, which fits in well with their approach to tinkering with the home’s floor plan – which has divided the judges.
Mitch and Mark’s bedrooms are elegant, the listing states, their formal lounge massive and their entertainment areas flexible.
Team: Tess and Luke
Agency: Hocking Stuart Albert Park
Agents: David Wood and Stephanie Evans
The listing suggests that Luke and Tess’ already revealed rooms shows that they have been smart with their design philosophy.
The Queenslanders oversized and light-filled ensuite — the largest in The Block this year — makes a statement, just like the chevron oak floors, and potential buyers are tipped to love the judge-favourite bathroom.
Team: Deb and Andy
Agents: Josh Stirling and Michael Townsend
Agency: McGrath St Kilda
Deb’s design expertise is on show in the third Oslo terrace, with a masterful combination of Gold Rush heritage and luxury style.
The mid north coast NSW residents have, the listing suggests, created an indulgent master retreat and the living areas reveal rustic touches that hint at the home’s past.
Their property has one fewer bathroom than their neighbours at 38A, 38B and 38D, and two fewer than Jesse and Mel’s at 38E.
Team: El’ise and Matt
Agency: Biggin and Scott Richmond
Agents: Andrew Crotty and Russell Cambridge
El’ise and Matt won the highest judges’ marks for their formal living room, and the listing says viewers will notice how much hard work has gone into creating a vibrant and colourful home.
The West Australians have created a colour scheme to wow potential buyers, as well as inclusions such as a bathroom chandelier and a bedroom fireplace.
Team: Jesse and Mel
Agents: Peter Kakos and Brendan Walker
Agency: The Agency Melbourne
St Kilda locals Jesse and Mel have tried to use their inside knowledge of the local property market to appeal to their potential buyers, with Jesse especially tapping into years of experience as a real estate agent.
The Victorian pair, the listing says, have come up with a luxurious home filled with cutting-edge style and modern technology, that holds a timeless appeal.
