An apartment modelled on the album cover of Oasis’ Definitively Maybe is an absolute certainty to cause a sensation.

The living room of the otherwise average, three-bedroom, £550,000 ($AU1 million) property, in London’s Abbey Wood, is a loving carbon copy of the cover art for the record that ranked in Rolling Stones’ 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list.

From the Burt Bacharach poster leaning against the beige couch, a large hanging globe, flamingo on the mantle, photo of Manchester City footballer Rodney Marsh in front of the fireplace, wine glasses and ash trays on the wooden floor, it is a tribute to the cover, in the tiniest of detail.

“A beautifully presented ‘Oasis’ of calm in south London,” the Purplebricks listing says.

Oasis' album, which the living room is a tribute to, down to the tiniest detail.

“An extended, period bay-fronted mid-terrace home offered for sale Some Might Say in good order and located not Half The World Away from Abbey Wood train station and the Elizabeth Line.”

It is a sanctuary for a fan of the rock band, which is getting back to together for a series of concerts that took the music world by surprise.

Oasis – the most high-profile members are brothers Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher- have added North America dates to their reunion tour, which starts in the UK and Ireland.

It marks the first time they have performed together since their acrimonious spilt in 2009.

The terrace house listing leans into the bands hits and mythology.

“A rear, laid-to-lawn garden with patio area has an out-building with windows in its Wonderwalls,” it says. “She’s Electric, with power and lighting, and could be used as an office space or gym. A mature front garden completes the home.

“Don’t Look Back In Anger. Here in this Abbey Wood home, viewings are by appointment.”
