But a look into Allhomes’ property listing data has revealed which properties were the most popular*, based on those that gained the most clicks in 2017.

At a glance it’s a stunning collection of the most beautiful Canberra homes to have graced the market.

Taking out the top spot is this five-bedroom property, which sold for a suburb record $2.035 million. Agent Nick Slater made the news with this memorable home by holding a Cirque du Soleil-themed open house in July, which saw crowds flocking to get a slice of the experience. A for creativity!
