But a look into Allhomes’ property listing data has revealed which properties were the most popular*, based on those that gained the most clicks in 2017.

Taking out the top spot is this five-bedroom property, which sold for a suburb record $2.035 million. Agent Nick Slater made the news with this memorable home by holding a Cirque du Soleil-themed open house in July, which saw crowds flocking to get a slice of the experience. A for creativity!

This luxury Deakin home broke Canberra’s auction record in November, selling for a cool $5,750,000. It features views of parliament house, a large swimming pool and spa, multiple living areas and top-end appliances and finishings.
