From the Logies red carpet to a  removalist’s van, comedian Peter Helliar and his family are bumping out of their long-time family home.

The comedian co-host of Channel Ten’s The Project has listed their Plenty house for sale, at 65 Happy Hollow Drive, and inspections are by prior registration only.

Helliar, who shares the studio with Gold Logie winners Waleed Aly and Carrie Bickmore, can expect above $3 million for the modern, five-bedroom property on five acres.

Jellis Craig agent Daniel Broadbent is managing the expressions of interest campaign.

Helliar told Private Property that his wife is keen on buying a renovation rescue. Helliar, on the other hand, always meant to get around to  installing a putting green at their home, but never quite did.

Maybe at the next place, he’ll do some DIY and whack up a mantle – for a Gold Logie of his own.
