Dubai is known for luxury real estate, but rev heads will get a real kick out of a $58.7 million (USD $40 million) listing in the exclusive Palm Jumeirah.

Although the property includes many mind-blowing features, the garage is what really makes this residence stand out.

The home’s parking area is big enough to house 14 supercars and is built underwater. Yes, underwater.

Not only that, but the garage – which cost $5.8 million (USD $4 million) to build due to the construction below sea level and sheer amount of waterproofing needed – is filled with $35 million worth of supercars (USD $24 million).

“The collection includes a Bugatti Super Sport 300+, which is one of only 30 that will ever be made,” says SupercarBlondie, who was invited to view the home (check out the video above).

“The Bugatti Super Sport 300+ is the fastest production car in the world, reaching almost 500km/h (304 mph).”

Other cars in the sprawling subterranean lair include two LaFerraris, one in yellow and one in red.

There is also a Ferrari F12, a Mercedes GT Black Series, a Ford GT and a McLaren Senna which is covered in exposed maroon carbon fibre.

Another swish touch is the fact that the garage incorporates a glass section of ceiling, allowing you to view the LaFerrari parked below, from the main level of the home.

A project from high-end developer Alpago Properties, this haven on Palm Jumeirah’s Frond G (also known as ‘Billionaire’s Row’) is said to be one of the most extravagant homes in Dubai.

Once you’re done playing with the very expensive toys in the garage, you can take the private elevator up to ground – one of four floors of the mansion.

The home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a cinema room, gym, private beach access and a swimming pool, as well as soaring seven-metre high ceilings that enhance the water-level views – stretching across your own beach frontage toward the famous Atlantis hotel.

Most of the furniture is, unsurprisingly, custom, such as the dining room table and huge kitchen island. There’s even a customised foosball table worth a jaw-dropping $25,000 (USD $17,000).

On the second level you’ll find the bedrooms, including the primary suite with elegant bathroom with a soaking tub, huge walk-in wardrobe, and its own zen garden ensconced with bamboo. There’s also a private balcony with water views.

Speaking of views, the top floor is completely dedicated to entertaining with private courtyard, kitchen and bar, lounge area, and full-size balcony.

Other amenities include housekeeper’s quarters.

The exclusive Billionaire’s Row on Palm Jumeirah is currently home to 13 signature villas, six of which are being developed by Alpago Properties in a price range spanning AED120 to AED300 million ($47.8 million to $120 million).

“The [USD] $40 million price tag is unfathomable for most, but if you can afford it, this place is the ultimate piece of real estate for anyone who loves their cars,” SupercarBlondie summarises.
