Top five $1m+ properties on the Sunshine Coast

On the Sunshine Coast, there’s plenty of options if you have more than a million dollars to spend. If you’re rich enough and so inclined, you can even lock down a potentially record-breaking beachfront property, owned by one of Australia’s tennis greats.

“We’ve had a lot of southern buyers looking for waterfronts,” Ms Reilly said. “Mainly from Sydney, cashing in on the buoyant market. They get so much for their money here.”

The waterfront property has a Bali hut and an expansive back deck to make the most of the water views.
