It’s more than the average Australian earns in a whole year, according to ABS data. 

The mansion is located in the affluent St John’s Wood area, which is known as the home of English cricket. 

It is also close to the famed Abbey Road Studios and the pedestrian crossing where The Beatles were photographed for their famous Abbey Road album cover.
