Western Bulldogs chief operating officer Michael Quinn is offloading a cutting-edge Fitzroy home.

The property has been dubbed Vader House by architect Andrew Maynard and its renovation, including a rear extension and roof-top walkway, is out of this world.

Quinn is the former owner of The Rose hotel, in the same street, and a ex-investment banker with Merrill Lynch.

Nelson Alexander’s Arch Staver will take Quinn’s home, at 258 Napier Street, to auction on April 16.

The three bedroom home has a classic terrace front, with traditional flourishes including marble fireplaces and cornices, which flows to the modern rear with lofty ceilings and an impeccably landscaped garden and plunge pool.

Design glossies Monument and Wallpaper have featured the bold and luxurious inner-city pad.
