Let this Beverley hills home of Gwen Stefani blow your mind. The impressive seven bedroom, 1100-square-metre pad is known as “The Summit” and it can now be yours for $US35 million ($47 million).

The property was bought for $US13.25 million in 2006 by the singer and her then husband Gavin Rossdale, lead singer of britpop outfit Bush. The couple split in 2015 and according to the divorce settlement, will divide the money from the sale between them.

It’s a bit of a fixture with the musically inclined – JLo also owned the mansion between 2000 and 2004. Sam Nazarian – a businessman, hospitality entrepreneur and producer – was in possession of the property in the interceding time.

The gated property features bold, contrasting interior design by celebrity designer Kelly Wearstler including a striking striped kitchen, a swimming pool with outdoor bar area, gym, some very fancy walk-in-wardrobes, a guest house, tennis court, home cinema, children’s playground and a chicken coop.

Throw in views of the San Fernando Valley and you’ve a property perfect for any rich girl – or guy.

Stefani, who owns other properties in Los Angeles, is now engaged to country singer Blake Sheldon – and he reportedly built her a Hawaiian style mansion in Oklahoma as a wedding present. Rossdale, meanwhile, picked up a Studio City bachelor pad in May 2016.

The Beverley Hills mansion was originally listed in 2016 but is now back on the market. No doubt it’ll garner a fair bit of interest.
