Canadian rapper Drake has listed his ten-bedroom home in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles for rent at the eye-watering price of $US250,000 per month ($AU403,000).
The Mediterranean-style estate boasts 22 bathrooms, three acres of private grounds, and 2300 square metres of internal space – nine times bigger than the average Australian house.
Drake bought the house from British singer Robbie Williams in 2022 for $US75 million ($AU116.5 million at the time). The property has been on and off the market ever since.
The property is being marketed by Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group, and Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates.
For those who prefer to buy the mansion outright, the house is also available for sale with a guide price of $US88 million ($AU142 million).
To put this into perspective, the most expensive house ever sold in Australia – billionaire Scott Farquhar’s Point Piper estate – cost $130 million.
“Nestled behind a long private gated drive, this exquisite celebrity compound sits on nearly three-level acres boasting unrivalled privacy and security,” the listing says.
It describes the mansion as the perfect place “for grand scale entertaining and showcasing world-class art collections”.
There are seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms in the main house, along with a tennis court, orchard, mosaic-tiled pool, wine cellar, and parking for 11 cars.
Three additional bedrooms and bathrooms are on offer in the staff quarters.
In the main residence itself there is a grand entrance foyer, a marble bathroom with city skyline views, and a lavish walk-in-wardrobe the size of a small Sydney apartment.
Drake owns properties in Toronto and Texas, in addition to his Beverly Hills estate.
The Canadian musician has recently been the subject of media attention thanks to his ongoing feud with rapper Kendrick Lamar.
