Designed by one of the best in the business for beachside houses, Paul Clout Design, the home was the recipient of the Sunshine Coast Home of the Year 2018 – and it’s not hard to see why.

Sleek and stark in its crisp white exterior, the home plays the perfect compliment to the jewel tones of the Coral Sea lapping at the backyard. Almost every room boasts 180 degree views of the ocean, but head to the rooftop terrace, and you’ll also get to gaze out onto Noosa National park and beyond.

Heading back down to earth, there is a resort-quality glass-tiled horizon pool if those few steps to the beach are just that bit too far. Lounging areas are aplenty by the beach, including a sunken poolside lounge and day bed.
