Beach boxes don’t get put on the market too often, says listing agent Alex Corradi of Danckert Real Estate.

“The owner is a builder, so he’s put in the proper infrastructure so that it is one of the more solid sheds. Over the years, with certain storms, there’s been some that you know don’t fare as well, but they built quality shed, and it is in a good spot,“ he says.
